Our goal is to do our part to help achieve connectivity across the Township that is equal to that offered in urban centres. Township staff can work towards this goal by supporting and expediating infrastructure projects related to high-speed internet to the best of our abilities.
Lakeland Networks has upgraded their High-Speed Wireless Broadband Internet in Orrville, Ontario.Read their release here.
Preliminary work has begun to bring high speed internet to more than 600 homes and businesses along Turtle Lake Road and Star Lake Road, to the town of Orrville. Cogeco crews are out laying the conduit for the fibre cables. This projects is slated to be completed in fall 2022. Stay tuned for more information.
