Public Online Survey

We are interested in your household’s thoughts, experiences, and use of recreation facilities, parks and open spaces, participation in programs and activities, and opinions on the need for future recreation services in Seguin.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. The findings will only be reported collectively, and your responses will remain confidential.

We kindly ask that you complete the survey by Friday, October 17, 2025.

Please indicate your/your household's top 3 priorities for Seguin Township's Parks, Recreation & Culture Master Plan. Please note that improvements relate exclusively to municipally-owned facilities, parks/green spaces, beaches/boat launches, and programs/events.


  • Indoor recreation & culture facilities include buildings or spaces that accommodate recreational activities, such as gyms, fitness centres, multi-purpose rooms, arenas, auditoriums, and community centres
  • Outdoor sport/recreation & culture facilities include areas designed for organized sports and other scheduled recreational activities conducted outdoors, such as sports fields, courts, ball diamonds, and amphitheatres
  • Parks and green spaces include publicly accessible outdoor areas that provide recreational opportunities, supporting amenities, and natural environments, including trails, gazebos, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, and open spaces with trees, gardens, seating, etc.
