Indoor and outdoor pickleball courts would be terrific. It's the fastest growing sport in North America and excellent for seniors

Pool should have 6 lanes. Track should be longer and more rounded like a traditional-shaped running track to appeal to the most people.
This is a great opportunity to develop a facility that enables programs like a community swim team and year- round track & field team. A 6 lane pool is a must to host swim meets and a track with less sharp turns would allow for running. If the track is too small people will not want to walk such short laps, it will get boring. The track could possibly be elevated above the court and studio like the top of the bleachers around a hockey arena (like Huntsville)?

The pool needs six lanes so that we can hold swim meets for those who want to swim competitively! No more mtg rooms. Arena’s are unused
