Airport rd transfer site

I use the site for personal waste disposal and I’m frustrated by the number of contractor/business owners who dump materials there. I am nervous to take a picture of the license plate to report because I am unsure of repercussions. Cameras are needed so these type of violations can be mitigated

Airport transfer station

This is an age old problem. And it has nothing to do with the fact that the site is unmanned or open 24/7 or even the dumping of items that are supose to be taken to the landfill. This is clearly a capacity issue that stems from very poor planning and scheduling. There is 20 plus years of data on the tonnage by site, by month, by commodity that is collected. There is no reason the bins should be over flowing on a regular basis. This last go around there were employees at the site that were cleaning up, but…

Cameras?

We do need to address the "extra" dumping that happens, they make inexpensive cameras that will scan licence plates, what if you let the residents register a couple plates and any unauthorized license plate get a fine, this would help pay for the system and penalize not Seguin property owners?
